S'Mores Cookie Cake Recipe

If you love the nostalgic combination of gooey marshmallow, melted chocolate and buttery graham crackers, this recipe was made for you. 🔥🍫

These S’mores Cookie Cakes are thick, soft and irresistibly chewy — built on a rich chocolate chip cookie cake base with classic s’mores flavour throughout, then finished with silky marshmallow buttercream, crushed graham crackers and chocolate or marshmallow accents.

Warm, nostalgic and seriously indulgent, this is the kind of flavour that works beautifully for parties, markets, seasonal menus and home bakery lineups.

The exact style of cookie cake made at Crave Cookie Cakes — designed to be simple to follow while still delivering that thick, soft-centred bakery-style result.
