Peach Cobbler Cookie Cake Recipe

Summer’s most beloved dessert — reimagined as a thick, bakery-style cookie cake. 🍑

This Peach Cobbler Cookie Cake is warm, fruity and completely irresistible — built on a buttery sugar cookie base, layered with sweet peach compote, finished with smooth vanilla buttercream and topped with a golden brown sugar crumble.

Every bite brings together soft cookie cake, jammy peach filling, creamy buttercream and that classic cobbler-style crumble for a dessert that feels nostalgic, comforting and a little bit elevated.

The exact style of cookie cake made at Crave Cookie Cakes — approachable for home bakers while still delivering that thick, indulgent bakery-style result.
