Cosmic Brownie Cookie Cake Recipe

Your childhood favourite, levelled up. 🌌🍫

The Cosmic Brownie Cookie Cake takes that nostalgic lunchbox classic and turns it into a thick, fudgy bakery-style cookie cake.

Built on a rich chocolate cookie cake base, this recipe is loaded with Cosmic Brownie pieces and rainbow chocolate sprinkles, then finished with a smooth chocolate frosting and even more colourful sprinkles on top.

It’s nostalgic, indulgent and designed to deliver that thick, soft-centred Crave Cookie Cakes texture across multiple baking formats.
